Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding and Jinsha Ruins Museum

Today start your day trip with a visit to the famous Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding (about 40 minutes driving), where you can have the opportunity to see cute pandas.
Then continue your trip to Jinsha Ruins Museum. Located in Qingyang Avenue in the western suburb of Chengdu, Jinsha Ruins represents the splendid ancient Shu culture with a history of over 3, 000 years. Of the 3, 000 cultural relics excavated from the ruins, most of them are beautifully made handicrafts, such as vivid and lifelike stone sculptures, gold and jade seals and jadeite ornaments, in addition to a large number of burial objects, such as pottery and porcelain, ivory, tor toise shells and antlers. - Day3
Chengdu: Sichuan Cuisine Museum, People’s Park and Kuan-Zhai Alleys

In the morning visit to Sichuan Cuisine Museum, which is located in Pixian County and the interactive museum dedicated to Sichuan gastronomy. It will take about 1 hour in vehicle from Chengdu. You can learn about the history of Sichuan cuisine and how to cook some typical Sichuan dishes. You also have chance to taste the Sichuan dishes by the professional chiefs.
Then you will enjoy Chengdu leisure lifestyle by having a cup of tea in People’s Park
Kuan-Zhai Alleys (Wide and Narrow Alleys) are the last destination of the day; an ancient street with hundreds of years of history combined with modern elements. You can imagine the ancient Chengdu by walking between Qing dynasty style buildings (1636 – 1912). - Day4
